Laila.com's policy is always Customer
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all Laila.com returns. Here's how to initiate an RMA:
After initiating the RMA, you will receive an automated email advising that the RMA was received. The message will contain the order number, the RMA number and instructions to await a response from our Customer Service team before shipping the product back.
If you request a refund, we'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, less shipping and handling. The credit for your returned items cannot be returned as cash or in exchange for another product. It may take up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account.
