We'll gladly accept returns for any products, for any reason, no questions asked, upon receiving your returned package within 30 days of your invoice date. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. Here's how to initiate an RMA:

    1. Log-in to your account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of any page in our site.
    2. In the "Track Your Recent Orders" section, click on the "View Details" link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
    3. Once in the order, click on the "Add New RMA" button.
    4. Choose the number of items you want to return in the "Order Items" section.
    5. In the "Order Return Options" section, choose the "Reason" and "Method" for the return.
    6. Finally, you can add optional comments in the "Comments" section.
    7. Click "Save RMA"

After initiating the RMA, you will receive an automated email advising that the RMA was received. The message will contain the order number, the RMA number and instructions to await a response from our Customer Service team before shipping the product back.


If you request a refund, we'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, less shipping and handling. The credit for your returned items cannot be returned as cash or in exchange for another product. It may take up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account.
